Bette Buna jest dla nas więcej niż eksporter czy importer ziaren. Gdy Hester Westerveld Syoum nie jest zajęta sprzedażą kawy i zarządzaniem surowcem, prowadzi turbociężką pracę w terenie, na farmie. Możecie znać ją i jej rodzinę z naszej znanej i lubianej kawy /008.
Relacja, którą zbudowaliśmy z Bette Buna daje nam wspaniałe możliwości współpracy – teraz i w przyszłości, dla obu stron. Myte kawy z Sidamy są naprawdę ponadprzeciętne. Ten lot, Meshiti, był jednym z najlepszych w tym roku. Jesteśmy niesamowicie zadowoleni z tej zniuansowanej kawy – bardzo wyrazistej w espresso, złożonej i kwiatowej w przelewie.

Our partner Bette Buna is more than just an exporter or importer. When Hester is not busy trying to sell, export or import her coffees, she actually works her a** off with her boots in the mud on the fields. Hester and her family live in Ethiopia and you may recognize her name form our popular /008.
The relationship we’ve built makes for amazing feedback from both parties and brings a fruitful future ahead. Their Sidama washed coffees are of all levels and grades. This specific lot is called Mershiti and it was by far the best on the table this year. We’re incredibly happy with this complex and layered coffee that serves an expressive espresso or complex and floral cup of filter coffee.
